Simms' Rivershed Waders are a terrific wader that has been very popular at the store but is being discontinued by Simms for 2009 to make way for a new model. They are a feature-packed wader that is lightweight but doesn't compromise durability. They are constructed of 3-layer Gore-Tex Performance Shell fabric with 5-layer construction on the front of the legs for increased durability and longevity. The knees of the Rivershed Wader are articulated for increased mobility, comfort, and less wearing between the knees. They also feature built-in gravel guards, good quality suspenders, a large zippered front pocket with hand warmer pocket behind it, and internal flip-out pocket, and they come with a nice nylon belt.
