Gadwall Feathers
Gadwall is a feather very similar to teal. Often used for collars and throat hackle on steelhead and salmon flies, it is slightly darker than teal and has very long fibers that are particularly useful on larger flies. Gadwall can also be great on trout flies for wings, tails and legs.
