The Black Stillwater Stimulator is an often overlooked but an excellent searching pattern for lakes. It doesn't really look like anything exactly, but it could resemble a dragonfly nymph, water boatman or even a snail. Fish it on a full-sinking line to fish it down close to the weeds. Size 12.
