Brodin has been making quality fishing nets since 1979 and was the first to introduce clear, "rubber" bags, which they called Ghost bags back in 2007. Brodin is an environmentally conscience company and manufactures their nets from sustainable hardwoods and uses a silicon mixture in their clear bags instead of harmful PVC products.
Brodin S2 Nets use fine hardwood inlays in the handle and hoop construction for a beautiful wooden net. In addition, abalone shell markers are inset into the handle so the angler can quickly measure fish.

S2 Cutthroat Float Tube Net
Our favorite Brodin net, the S2 Cutthroat Float Tube Net is the perfect net for float tubes and pontoon boats, but it also works great for many popular sling packs from companies like Fishpond and Simms. The longer handle allows this net to fit into net sleeves in packs. The longer handle is also what makes the S2 Cutthroat Net so nice for pontoon boats, float tubes and also a fine net for prams, drift boats and rafts.
S2 Cutthroat Net
The Brodin S2 Cutthroat Net is a good choice for anglers fishing western rivers with good numbers of medium to larger trout. It is small enough to comfortably attach to a vest or pack, but with a large enough hoop to handle larger trout and even river smallmouth.

S2 Gallatin Net
The S2 Gallatin Net is a "catch & release" style net. The hoop shape works well for netting fish, removing the fly and getting the fish quickly back into the stream. It is another good choice for a variety of fish sizes, from small to large.

S2 Trout Net
The S2 Trout Net is a smaller net which is great for smaller streams with small to medium sized trout, Brodin says this net is good for trout up to 18" which sounds about right to us. The Trout Net is another favorite net with the PFF staff as it is perfect for smaller streams, is easy to carry around, and is much more convenient when hiking thick brush.
