You won't hear much about Cozumel as a bonefish destination but it looked pretty good to me in February 2010. The north end of the island has a fairly large area of mangrove flats that have lots of two to four pound bones with occasional larger fish. There are guides that work the flats but make sure you have all your tackle in order before you get there. If you're a scuba diver, it is a super combo trip!
