Fly fishing the Hoh River in Washington's Olympic Peninsula for winter steelhead occasionally produces a surprise species or two.  Usually that means a Bull Trout, but on this trip in late March it meant a fresh from the sea Chinook Salmon that pounced on Michael's black and blue Exasperator.
