The "Mega Craw" Crawl

Mega Craw

Michael Bennett with a big smallmouth bass from lake Washington. This fish was caught on Michael's "Mega Craw" a large heavy crawfish pattern that he's been tying and fishing for years! Michael was slowing crawling the fly across the rocks  in deep water when he came tight to this fish. Lake Washington Smallmouth fishing usually requires full sink lines, a good fast action 7 or 8 weight rod, and plenty of patience to let the fly get to the bottom in 20-30 feet of water.
