Mangum's Original Mini Dragon Tails are an exciting fly tying product for bass, pike and saltwater fly tiers. At 6-inches long, Dragon Tails make fantastic flies with a tremendous amount of life-like swimming action in the water. Put a Dragon Tail behind a foam popper head or a spun deer hair body for a big fly that will temp some lunkers. You can also cut the Dragon Tails to your desired length for smaller flies like trout streamers. We recommend a touch of glue if you cut the tail end of the Dragon Tail just to keep it from unraveling. You can also melt the end with a flame.
