Pay Dirt - Cerise & Purple
The very first time we fished the Pay Dirt, it crushed silver salmon in B.C. The Pay Dirt Cerise Pink & Purple is going to continue that tradition. This new color for us is great for silvers, one of our favorites for chum, a no-brainer for pinks, and certainly worthy of winter steelhead as well.
The Pay Dirt - Cerise & Purple is a traditional leech pattern is tied on a size 3 Alec Jackson salmon and steelhead hook. The fly features a rabbit strip wing for enticing movement, Krystal Flash and a schlappen collar that creates a perfect profile in the water without adding bulk. The Pay Dirt is sparse, easy to cast and down right deadly. A moderately sized brass bead helps get the fly in the zone and provides a good jigging action when stripped, salmon really like a jigging action!
