Hairwing Yellow Sally
Yellow Sallies hatch in July and August in most places. These small yellow stoneflies really seem to turn fish on and are fun to fish as they are the perfect size to cast and see on the water. They are a great searching pattern to throw this time of year on any river that has good numbers of them. The Hairwing Yellow Sally floats like a cork and has a hot orange butt to imitate the egg sack of a female returning to the water to lay her eggs. Size 14 pictured.
