Jordan started at Pacific Fly Fishers in the fall of 2019 and has since become a very valuable asset to us and a trusted source of knowledge for our customers. He grew up fly fishing the alpine waters of Washington state and is now an avid steelheader who lives to swing flies. He also spends time chasing trout and salmon on the fly, and can often be found pounding the banks of the Skagit, Sauk, and Skykomish rivers. He also spends time on Washington's Olympic Peninsula swinging flies for winter-run steelhead, on the Deschutes, Grand Ronde, Cowlitz and on the Skeena rivers in B.C. Jordan is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to spey lines and outfits, for everything from sink-tips and lines to trout Spey setups. 

Jordan also knows his way around a Regal vise and is a talented fly tyer recognized in fly tying circles for his classicly styled steelhead flies. He ties a lot of classic salmon and steelhead patterns, trout streamers, and has spent some time tying trout and steelhead flies commercially.
