Use the Brassie Hair Packer to help create nice, tight deer hair bodies or muddler style heads. Tie bass bugs, Atlantic Salmon style Bombers, Muddler Minnows, etc.
To use the Brassie Hair Packer, spin a section of deer hair onto the shank of the hook. Then, pinch the hair packer tool around the shank of the hook and push down on the deer hair to pack it tightly together. Tie on another section of deer hair and pack it again.
- Use the 1/16" size for hooks smaller than size 1.
- Use the 3/64" size for hooks larger than size 1.
