Introduction to Fly Fishing Classes

Designed to provide anglers with an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of fly fishing, the Introduction to Fly Fishing course will launch you into the sport beyond the basics. Topics covered include fly fishing equipment, choosing the right fly, trout food items, presentation techniques, finding fish in rivers and lakes, and hands-on casting instruction.  This is the perfect class to get started in fly fishing!

Limited to twelve anglers. Rods provided upon request for casting instruction.

Schedule

• Classroom: Tuesday, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Classroom: Tuesday, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Casting: Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

This class is two(2) separate two hour sessions on Tuesday nights and one(1) two hour casting class on Saturday.

Refunds or rescheduling are allowed up to two weeks prior to the start date of the class.
