TECHNOLOGIES

Lens Construction - Smith polarized lenses are optimized to provide a variety of optical and impact-resistant benefits.  Smith precisely aligns the finest polarized filters and finishes their lenses with multi-layer mirror, anti-reflective, anti-scratch, and hydroleophobic lens coatings. The end result is an artfully crafted lens that preserves color perception and delivers optimized optical clarity and precision in all environments.

ChromaPop - ChromaPop lens technology amplifies natural color and enhances definition.  It helps you see detail and color beyond normal capabilities by filtering two specific wavelengths of light that cause color confusion.  By doing this, the lens delivers greater definition, more natural color, and unmatched clarity to allow you to see more detail.

Techlite - Techlite lenses are proprietary, polarized glass lenses from Smith and are the clearest glass lenses on the market. They are 12 times more scratch-resistant than polymer lenses, 20% lighter than traditional glass, and offer 100% UV protection as well as an antireflective coating to ease eye strain.

Polarchromic - Smith Polarchromic lenses adapt to ever-changing light conditions.  Smith Polarchromic technology combines the glare-free benefits of advanced polarization with UV sensitive, self-tint-adjusting technologies to bring you lenses that adapt to changing light conditions so you always have the perfect tint for the amount of light.
