GT Mullet Fly
The GT Mullet fly is designed for trevally in places like Christmas Island where the GT's roam freely and all other fish swim in fear. It is tied on a size 6/0 Gamakatsu SL12S hook that has a proven track record for us on GT's, yellowfin, jacks, roosters, sailfish and other rough and tough species.
The GT Mullet is a big fly but no too heavy to cast quickly and accurately on a 12-weight. Certainly add this one, along with some of our other recommended GT flies, and hit the gym in preparation for one of the world's meanest fish on the fly rod.
The GT Mullet is tied on a 6/0 saltwater hook and has a total fly length of approximately 6-inches.
