Foul Free Herring - Olive
Fish the Foul Free Herring for numerous saltwater species. It does great for sea-run cutthroat trout and silver salmon off of our Puget Sound Beaches. The Foul Free Herring is also a good pattern for small tuna species like bonito and skipjack or any time just cruisin' and casting down a beach for whatever will take a fly.
Size 2 saltwater hook.
For fishing in the Northwest, try barring this olive version with a black or gray permanent marker to add parr marks and/or spots... such as on a trout or salmon parr/smolt.
