RIO 15ft InTouch Replacement Tips - Intermediate
RIO 15ft InTouch Intermediate Replacement Tips now come in a opaque grey color instead of clear because of the addition of RIO's ConnectCore. The ConnectCore core has very little line stretch for maximum sensitivity and positive hook sets.
Use RIO's InTouch Replacement Tips to replace damaged/missing tips from your VersiTip line system or to add to your Skagit heads on Spey or switch rods.
The intermediate sink tip has a sink rate of 1.5-2 ips. Each tip has a coded, Easy ID welded loop on the rear, and a small, neat welded loop on the front for fast rigging.
For adding them to Skagit heads, as a basic rule, use the 7wt for 350 to 400 grain heads, the 8wt for 400 to 500 grain heads, the 9wt for 500 to 600 grain heads, and the 10wt for 600 to 650 grain heads.
