PowerPro braided fishing line is a softer, much more flexible material for attaching trailing hooks to shanks when tying articulate steelhead, salmon and trout flies. This softer PowerPro is ideal when tying the hook to a rabbit strip such as on the Dolly Llama or similar flies. When you need to hook to flow with the materials, the softer material allows the hook to move and swim with the fly better than stiffer materials like Berkley Fire Line.
