The Fish Cat Rod Holder from Outcast is a simple, inexpensive, and effective rod holder. It mounts to the frame of Fish Cat pontoon boats by mounting it on the pre-drilled holes found at different locations on Fish Cat pontoon boat frames. If your boat is not a Fish Cat, you can still use this rod holder, but you will need to drill a horizontal hole through your frame where you would like to mount it.
