How could we not carry a fly called the Hamburgler? The Hamburgler was developed by feather and foam pro, Andrew Grillos. He designed it to fill a need for a beetle pattern which would be easy to see. The addition of pink McFlylon did the trick and the Hamburgler got a cape (perhaps the Super Hamburgler?).
Beyond the fun of the name, Hamburgler, it is a fly that gets it done as a beetle pattern. It will float all day and is very durable. Chuck this pink-eyed critter out there during summer months. It would also be a good fly for dropping a small nymph off the back.
