Montreal Floozie

The Montreal Floozie is a classic-style streamer which, at first glance has influences from great, time-proven flies like the Micky Finn and possibly the Borden Special.  The Montreal Floozie has its roots in the Northeast where it seems to have traditionally gone by the name of "Montreal Whore".  Either way, it will certainly be a great fly for our local sea-run cutthroat when they enter the rivers in summer and fall.

Fish the Montreal Floozie in just about any river or stream on a sinktip or PolyLeader and a steady strip retrieve.  The white marabou wing will have loads of action while a bit of rainbow Krystal Flash and orange and yellow bucktail complete the wing.  Size 8 hook.
