Rusty Trombone
The Rusty Trombone is a very popular and effective articulated streamer for big trout (and bass too). Loads of marabou, its articulated sections, and a copper conehead make the Rusty Trombone move and swim like crazy. Copper Flashabou flanks the sides of the Rusty Trombone and adds a touch of fishy flash. If you're fishing somewhere where the double hooks are not allowed, just cut the back hook off at the bend of the hook. The Rusty Trombone is a great fly that looks fantastic in the water.
