Zap Goo is the best adhesive for gluing eyes to large saltwater flies we can find. Great on bass poppers, including deer hair poppers, as well. We have used this great glue on EP Tarpon flies and numerous other large flies and poppers with great success.
Zap Goo is very easy to work with. Apply it to the back of the eyes. It will appear to dry and thicken. Place the eyes exactly where you want them and hold firmly to the fly for 30 seconds. If there is excess glue, it can usually be rubbed off pretty easily until it is fully cured. Allow to dry 24 hours for final cure.
