• Hardy 1921 Wide Spool Perfect 4" Reel

  When it comes to Spey reels, there's nothing more classic then a Hardy Perfect, and the 4" balances the 7123-4 and 7133-4 perfectly. The Hardy 1921 Wide Spool Perfect 4" Reels feature a revolving line guard, a deep anodized two tone finish, a 1921 check mechanism, a wide spool, perfect for large Spey lines, and come in a soft leather, sheepskin lined Hardy reel pouch. More info.

• RIO Elite Skagit Max Launch

  We've packaged the Air TH rods with the RIO Elite Skagit Max Launch shooting heads.  These heads carry large flies and heavy sink tips better than ever before. The taper and weight distribution of RIO Elite Skagit Max Launch shooting heads transfers the energy from the head to the tip and through the fly to produce powerful casts with high line speed and tight loops. Skagit Max Launch heads have a low stretch core that provides a lot of sensitivity and feel from the fly to the angler. They cast amazingly on the Air Th rods, with a rear taper that helps load rods quickly and a compact length, these lines can be fished just about anywhere and in any situation. More info

• RIO MOW Tip Kits

  Included in the Winston Air TH premium Spey outfit is a RIO MOW tip kit that includes 6 different tips, from floating to 12.5' sink tips in either T-8 or T-11. For the 5 and 6 weight models we've paired them with the light MOW tip kits (T-8), and the 7 and 8 weight models will come with the Medium MOW tip kits (T-11). These tip kits are great because there's a tip in there for every situation. They come nicely organized in a RIO leader wallet that easily fits in most wading jacket pockets so you're always ready for any situation on the river.  More info.

• RIO Powerflex Ultra Shooting Line

  RIO’s Powerflex Ultra Shooting Line is a great shooting line for Skagit and Scandi shooting heads. It feels like a traditional coating running line, but it shoots with the line speed of mono. The ultra slick coating floats high on the surface of the water to decrease drag, and maximize distance. Powerflex Ultra Shooting lines feature bulletproof welded loops on the back and front of the running line for quick rigging. RIO's Powerflex Ultra Shooting lines come in five different diameters and core strengths, for everything from a 2wt trout Spey, to a 15' 10wt king rod.  More info.

• Scientific Anglers Backing

  Scientific Anglers' backing is very thin, highly durable and the colors are colorfast. We've been using it for years on everything from trout to billfish and haven't run into a single inconsistency. Your outfit will come with the perfect amount backing already loaded onto the reel and attached to your line. We only use the best knots to rig your setup. We use the Bimini Twist with a lock then sealed with glue to loop-to-loop connect your backing to your running line. We generally choose a backing color that contrasts your other lines. • RIO Steelhead & Salmon Leader - 6-foot

  RIO's Steelhead and Salmon Leaders are perfectly designed for anadromous species such as steelhead and salmon along with being able to turn over any streamer your rod can handle. Its clear, non-glare finish disappears in all water conditions. Its knotless taper has a thicker butt section and uses a slightly stiffer copolymer for abrasion-resistance and for turning over larger flies. The leader already comes with a perfection knot on the butt of the leader and will come in the package already attached to a sink-tip on your reel. Just add fly and go fishing! More info.
