Lagartun Silk lays flat, has a very nice sheen and it can be split to get the exact desired width of floss or to spin dubbing, a common practice for tyer's like Syd Glasso. Lagartun Silk floss can be used as a tag or body material on traditional salmon and steelhead flies, or it can certainly be used on trout flies, like soft hackles or classic streamer patterns.
